Absolutely loved the food! so fresh and delicious I didn’t want to stop eating it! The service was top tier, and we got everything we asked for in perfect condition. Beautiful atmosphere, super clean, cool statues. Also Huge portions too! The Mongolian beef is my all time favorite. It is worth the hype.Food: 5/5
Classic American-Chinese food in a more premium setting! I dined here while visiting Salt Lake City for a trip and had a good time. The ambiance is interesting, with various statues and artwork adorning the walls. The place is also spacious and accomodates a lot of people. Service was fine. The staff were professional and accommodating, but had trouble explaining the limitations of the older stripe-based payment system when attempting to split the bill. As tourists, we weren't familiar with the system and would have appreciated clarification. The food was mixed. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious, the egg drop soup was tasty but a bit too salty, the Mongolian Beef was nice but a bit dry, and the Singapore Street Style noodles were not so good, with a weirdly bitter taste. Prices were reasonable. I'd have to visit again to identify the best items on the menu.
Tracy our server was the best. She was very nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Our food came out quick and Tracy checked up on us often to see if we were okay. Thank you, Tracy for being awesome and making our dinner a pleasant one.Food: 5/5
I view this an upgraded Panda Express, both service and environment are great. Food is American Chinese food, so if you wanna try some real Chinese food, this is not a good place. Additionally, the price is relatively high from my perspective.Food: 3/5
Pretty decent. Didn’t love the orange chicken but the sweet and sour was good. Honestly their lettuce wrap entree was the best thing that we got
The server was amazing. He brought my strawberry lemonade out pronto you really should experience this yourself 10 out of 10. I can’t wait to get the savory flavor of the crispy honey chicken lightly battered tangy, honey sauce, chives in my mouth. It is going to be absolutely honeylicious. P.F. Chang’s might be the best restaurant in Salt Lake City.
Our server Lee is the BEST!! We are traveling so eating out for every meal and Lee is by far the most attentive server we’ve had. He greeted us immediately when we sat down and was quick to bring drinks and take our order. He watches from afar anticipating our needs. He’s friendly but not intrusive. We can enjoy our meal and conversation without unnecessary interruptions. Exceptional!!!
We had made our reservation online specifically for a birthday celebration, and our waiter did not ask us about it. The waiter was kind of cold and inattentive. Our dessert was not played correctly and was missing the most important part. The restaurant was awkwardly quiet and quite empty on a Friday night. We got the lettuce wraps, broccoli and beef, fried rice, and the Great Wall of Chocolate. Not planning on going back
We had incredible food and service here yesterday. Our waitress was top-notch, and the manager was super attentive. We had a large party, 10 people, and everyone's food was accurate to their orders and hot when it arrived. We have eaten here in the past but did not receive this level of service/food quality. We were thrilled to see that not only has the quality of food improved, but so has the service.
Had a great time with the family here! My kids were a little crazy but everyone was patient and nice. Food is always great. Love P.F. Chang'sFood: 5/5
