Store is just a mess and management work ethic is horrible. Everytime ive walked into the store I see managers on their phone or to the side gossiping about whatever it is and always give the attitude that they rather be somewhere else and its just very rude. Ive seen the associates run the store way more rather than the ACTUAL managers. Ive also had seen the managers actual child I would say around 3 or 4 handling customers items at the register such as scanning the item and putting it into the bag, and was also doing that for other customers as well in line. Seems of child endangerment and labor. Ive never seen such a thing at any other store ive been to my whole life.

Seen a child working in the store , literally around 3 years old , also very rude associates and management .

Great customer service by the gentleman who assisted me today. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, guys clearance is buy one get one free. Girls is buy one get one 50% off. REALLY? PacSun should be ashamed!

the manager seemed annoyed as can be because we wanted to make a return on clothing and then buy them back using a discount we had and asked if the clothing was even for me and why i wanted to buy the clothes for someone else, does it really matter?...
