Their prep game could use some work. I went to the drive thru and the worker handed me my bag balled up. Inside the bag no napkins no utensils and my items were sitting in the bare bag. Do better!

My experience is good. The place was clean food was good price a good I can't complain. We were there for a business beating and service was on point. I will recommend and come back again.

Product was good but curbside pickup could be better. I checked in and waited 10 minutes before I had to go in to pick up my order. When I walked in 1 person in line, no one at registar and then an employee starts to walk out with my order. Not sure why it took this long.

Food is ok , beverages are great.

They are always running out of popular items. Those items should always be overstocked to prevent being sold out every night. They mess up orders often, and the customer service is very poor. This location needs better management. Very disappointed.

Usually I love Panera, and this one does a good job most of the time, but I ordered a salad and instead of contacting me to ask what I would like to replace it with since they were out, the gave me a chicken salad sandwich with onions and cucumbers. Not cool guys. Lunch is ruined

straight up, youre better off going thru the drivethru or ordering in store. ordering online is a twenty or thirty minute wait minimum. i guess im the idiot for continuing to choose the safest n most convenient option. foods pretty good tho
