Typical Panera. Good service. Friendly staff. Tasty food served up quick. Nice, comfy, cozy dining room. Tends to be a bit on the pricey side .

Place is a fraud.. We loved eating there until the day we ate there and during the next week they charged out $160 dollars out of my account and you have to fight with them to get your own money back they stole. Get absolutely no help with getting it back and all I get told is it takes time. It's been 6 days now and still calling without the money in my account yet and no answers. We paid at the store with my card and they wont return it on the card.

If i could give this specific restaurant zero stars i would! I’ve been a Panera loyal customer since 2010! When i order I’m spending at least $15.00 A DAY! That’s how much i love the company! But since I’ve moved to bismarck they have tarnished the name. Someone is always forgetting my food out my bag. I normally check it to make sure. But my husband went on 2/21/2018 at 8:29 and did two orders. Well we didn’t get our MEAL! So when i called at 9:12pm i spoke to Brooke and she told me that i can’t get my sandwich that i paid for because they’re closed. (That’s not my fault) She asked for my address and said she would send out a coupon for a free meal. And if we come through the drive thru again to let them know what happen and we will get free pastries. That didn’t help me because i had a long day and was very hungry. We waited and waited for the coupon which i wished she would’ve just taken our name so we could come up there and order instead. We’ve been calling the restaurant since 3/1/2018 no one ever answers the phone. There’s no way to leave a voice message. And i don’t have time go up there and resolve an this issue. I’m soooooo disappointed in Panera. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what? But i haven’t eaten there since!

The food was great the service was excellent, but the reason for the four star and not five is the portion of my wife's bowl of chicken noodle soup was small I thought..but otherwise great lunch with my wife and Mother and Best friend.
