Love this place! They've got a good selection of unique menu items to choose from that are flavorful and filling. With dine-in, fast delivery and curbside options, it's an easy choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Panera's concept of "clean food" helps them standout but they are a bit pricey. I recommend you try them out.
Always a good spot to catch up on work with a quick bite. The new chicken sandwich was surprisingly delicious! The service was good but the dining room needed a little cleaning.Food: 5/5
Avocado egg white and spinach sandwich, summer fruit cup, cinnamon crunch bagel, and Sierra Mist. This was a hardy breakfast and very filling. I loved eating this. I tried the cinnamon crunch bagel for the first time and it wasn't too sweet. This meal cost me $26 on Grubhub.
I got the broccoli cheddar soup. It was extremely good. Should have gotten a full bowl. Also got half a chicken sandwich. Very good too. All the employees were very nice and helpful. I hadn't been to a Panera for about 25 to 30 years. There are none in my area.
This location consistently ignores the rapid order pickups for drive thru and counter ordering customers. I’ve waited no less than 20 mins to grab my small 2 or 3 item orders. Today I waited 30 mins… they have literally no urgency for customers using the app for rapid in cafe pick up.
Cheat and poor service. They tried to sell me additional items that I didn’t want. When caught and got refunded, service turned bad. Food and bread was old / cold. Coffee didn’t taste the same. Gave the sides of their choice which I didn’t like. Totally a bad experience.
I'm am a regular at this location, visiting at least a few times a week. I often add a latte to my food order or get just a latte by itself, and have been really disappointed lately. I waited to post a review as I thought it was an outlier event, but this has happened the past 3-4 times. I ask for a hot almond milk latte with no whip cream and this is what I get see photo. I ask for my money back, or for another one and they remake it for me, but still. Can't y'all make a whole drink if you're gonna charge me $4 for it? Really ridiculous.
Torn up bagel and not even wrapped, just thrown in the bag. Not toasted. Cold. Manager gave a refund on the bagels and tried to replace them when denied he offered something from their bakery. He was great but the quality of the food was not.
I just went in late and had a charged lemonade! New to me. They have lots of new items and I love Panera. The only minus this time is .. the place was pretty empty but every table was dirty. I really don’t understand that. My charged lemonade was fine.
Twice now they have messed up a simple bagel order! It took 10 minutes to slice a bagel and put it in a bag. They toasted when I did not request it then they put honey walnut cream cheese in the bag. I'm allergic to nuts! This used to be a great place to stop for breakfast.
