The crew was respectful and service was quick. They greeted everyone coming in the door. The dining area and bathrooms were clean. I enjoyed my food, especially the fries. I got a parm sub with mushrooms. Only wish there was more marinara sauce; the sandwich was a bit plain. Parking: A bit cramped but at least there's a small lot .
Fries are horrible, they taste like they are super old and was put back in the oil a couple of times. I would rate this store - star. Waste of $7.
I wish I could leave a zero star review. This has to be some of the worst service I have received ever. Over an hour for my food to be made and given to me, and the fries were underccooked. How does it take an hour for the sandwich and then the fries are undercooked? It wasn't until after I ordered they started turning people away. I wish I was told it would be a massive wait. Slow service. No sense of urgency. No communication. I will not be going back.
Person walked out and the person left was unable to get me a refund. There was no place to request a refund on the website, making me super late getting back to work, ultimately getting me fired.
If you want to pay 16 dollars for a sub fries and a drink and have it be just okay this is the spot for you. Service was not great. Food was fine
They weren't taking online or call ahead orders for some unknown reason. Called 3 times in an hour and no one would answer. Drove by and they weren't that busy, nor did they seem to be short-staffed. Food was good as usual but I've placed online and carry-out orders at this location before. Can't say I enjoy being "forced" to come in, order and wait when they normally offer these services. Checked and other locations were taking online and phone-in orders at the time. Next time, I'll probably check out the Jersey Mike's that just opened a little further down the street.
I visited this establishment to pick up a delivery. I was told it wasnt ready, there was one other person in front of me. Everyone in the store was helped and had left, so i went to the counter and asked if the order was ready, she asked the name again then replied; i dont think we have that order, then said oh wait i have it here, then pulled it out from under the counter by the register. The order was 1 sandwich and a fry, and i had waited over 20 minutes. Im not sure what it was about, but the delivery service knows exactly what time i arrived, and exactly what time the order was handed to me. What bothers me the most is that the customers food sat under a counter, fries got cold and the sandwich stale, not sure if it was against me or the customer. She did stall me up like 20 minutes which is on me on delivery time, but the customer recieved trash food and that is on the restaurant. The way the economy is going you would think this type of behavior would be unacceptable. I am out here working to take care of my family and do not have time for games. I will not step foot back here for delivery or myself and im sure the lady that paid for cold stale food, and the delivery that took way to long feels the same way!
Ordered Philly cheese steak which was fine but the large fries were burnt, which was the worst I had from any Penn station before . I ended up throwing away . Customer service was ok.

I go to Penn Station a lot. But today I'm very dissatisfied. I ordered a ham & cheese sandwich with extra meat & American cheese. I got everything else lettuce, tomatoes mustard for some reason on my sandwich. The sandwich was supposed to be plain with just meat & cheese & mayo.
