I ordered a pizza for my lunch last week, and Casey was super nice and professional. He was the only worker inside at the time, and he said my order would be another 5 mins and that it was coming right out of the oven. I can not tell you when was the last time I had such an amazing pizza! I will be coming back to this location more often! 10/10 Customer service for Casey!!!
I ordered through the app as I usually do while driving to the store. I got there and sat in my car and waited for 35 minutes till the app showed it’s ready. I walked in and they said it’s not ready. It was obvious they were struggling so I was patient. I went back to my car. Long story short after an hour of waiting I go back in and hear them saying my order and I was like wait are you just going to start it now? The manager I guess was like yes I do not know what’s happening. I was standing I. The store for that long and they couldn’t figure what my order was. I decided to cancel the order and to my disappointment they were not even sorry or even tried to apologize or anything. Never going back
I come here all the time & this is the 1st time I’ve actually been disappointed, I’ve gotten the Oreo knots a couple times & never have I gotten them burnt until now . It had more Oreo hanging out more than usual so I tried them before leaving & it indeed was & tasted burnt . I kept telling the guy that they were burnt & he said that’s how they’re are supposed to look which is a lie because I’ve never gotten them like that before at this location but of course he couldn’t tell bc Oreos are black . He finally offered to remake them which he should have done from jump but said it was gonna be a long wait time which was crazy bc they literally take 10 mins to make so I asked for a refund . If you come here I don’t recommend the new knots because they make them burnt now .
ordered pizza and twix bites from here. absolutely disgusted! $33 down the drain. pizza barely had any meat on it and the twix bites were burnt. only excuse was thats how they usually turn out. why continue to sell them. i will never purchase from them again. im pissed i left a tip for this messFood: 1/5

Do not order from thos Papa John's. They dont care about their customers at all. It took delivery over an hour to get to me. I called their manager and he gave me an excuse saying "sometimes the systems glitches with the time." He told me his time said 45-60 while I have a receipt copy of it saying 27-37. After asking if I'll be compensated he said "yeah I'll give you a free side or dessert on your next order" and immediately hung up with giving any information and I still haven't gotten an email. This is the pizza I ended up with.
maybe just their new push of a large garlic stuffed crust one topping for $13.99 if ordered on line. went here rather than Marco's b/c to get any specials you're forced to waste time so I dumped Marco's. Counter gal didn't get I was disabled , but made up by carrying it to my car. All sorts of issues trying to pay, but forced to go out again to grab some cash Their hardware was the issue. My wife would have given 0-1 stars on taste and not much cheese. sausage portion was pretty standard. if area manager or owner contacts me to make these issues right, I'll write a follow up review. The manager kallie took care of me and made sure my order was right...and her costumer service was the greatest...she needs a raise $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Food: 5/5
Last night was the 1st time my PJ's Hawaiian pizza was perfect! I frequent the location, and ALWAYS there was 1-2 pieces of pineapple per slice, and other ingredients were scanty. I got home and was sooo pleasantly surprised! Only negative thing was the person handling the money also handled the food without gloves. I think she was helping out, and I only saw her pick up the TRAYS of food. But still..
Mistakes happen. I get it. However, when I called today and spoke with Casey the manager, he was very rude and challenged me on the numerous errors with the order. When I offered to send him pictures, he backed off a bit and reluctantly agreed to refund the mistakes. No apology, nada. How far Papa Johns has fallen from their decent reputation 20 years ago. Don't bother with this location. See the recent 1 star reviews and be warned.
