Papa John's Pizza

Zero stars. Placed a delivery order and it never updated that my order was received by the store but my card was charged. An hour and half later I went to the store. There were 2 employees. They said my order was received but 90 minutes later it had not been started. I asked them to refund and they refused. The lobby was filled with angry customers. The work station area was covered in pizza boxes on the floor that were being used for orders. There was nearly a fist fight between the two guys working behind the counter. I just want a refund. Hopefully this store will stop accepting online orders when they can’t handle the volume nor have delivery drivers AND provide a refund for my order that was never received.

First time getting Papa John's in a long time and it was a Saturday night so I was worried it would take forever. But no it went so smoothly, my food was ready in less than 20 minutes so nice when there's an accurate order tracker online and was exactly what I ordered. They were friendly inside and got me my order right away

Great pizza been sharing this pizza with m family for years and never disappoint. Alway Tasting great.

Do not use this Papa John's. Quality was awful. Quantity also was very lacking. Total 4 rolls. It has been awhile since I ordered, but really disappointed in the quality.

I was not highly satisfied with my experience because I live about 900 feet from your franchisee location but it still took an hour to get my order. Also, when I order salami on my pizza, may I reasonably expect that it be cut into bite-sized pieces as opposed to the sunflower-sized rounds that make lassoing the poorly-cut pie onto my plate a true Wild West experience? Also, why do you insist on advertising and selling “Banana peppers” as a topping when you are slicing up pepperoncinis instead of providing the real thing? Experienced pizza consumers know the difference and these are the reasons I only buy from you when I forget why I don’t care for you.

Customer service is the worse experience I have ever had. The girl that make my order today was very rude with a nasty attitude. when I pickup my order. I am very disappointed with this location. It is the first time and last time I order from this place.

I honestly have never left a review on any restaurant experience I’ve ever had but this is beyond ridiculous. We got a delivery order for a pizza from here and someone’s DIRTY headphone was on my pizza. I called and reported this incident to the location and they offered me a new pizza and it’s been 1 hour and 20 minutes and still no replacement. After waiting, I decided I just want my money back and nobody is answering. Honestly, I should of just read the reviews because I wouldn’t of decided to order here anyways. Please, do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. P.S. I’ve given this Papa John’s 3 chances now, each time has been worse than the other.

Papa John's is pretty good! They have a decent amount of sides and that new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is really good, I got the cinnamon pull apart dessert and it looked and tasted old so I will never be getting that again but other than that it was good

Every time I try to order online anymore it says that they're not able to deliver to my address. I live right around the block from this store and have had it delivered in the past. The few times it's been delivered it came via door dash and was in some dudes trunk with no warming bag. If I wanted door dash I would've ordered door dash. I've gone to other pizza places due to this. Going down hill.

I usually have a phenomenal experience with papa johns, as well as this location. The managers here have always been supportive of our veterans and give a discount when we come which was more than appreciated. However, today when I came in Issac was the manager on duty at the time and when I requested a military discount he not only told me that it was never offered but was very rude about it as well when I kindly tried explaining that it was given previously. So I proceed to pay for my food when I overheard him and another employee talking bad about and laughing at the fact that I would ask for one. Very unprofessional and for that reason I will not be returning and I recommend that you take your money to a different location.
