Donatos Pizza

If your wondering why this location is least liked in the area?!?! It's they guys you have working. Look at all the repeated bad reviews. Just tried to order from hillbilly Tom Green. That's what happens when you let dark haired Joe Dirt and Radio run the pizza shop. Empty lobby, no ladies wants to work with them. No customer wants to buy food from them. When you have to close this location. No need to wonder why

We dined in and ordered hot chicken pizza and traditional bbq wings. Food was good and service was good as well. Not sure about all the negative online order reviews, when you go there in person, you could see the good service and effort that they are doing.Food: 5/5

I must say I was greatly disappointed. I understand being busy but 58 minutes to get a pizza delivered when you live a half mile away. Add to that the pizza wasn't even luke warm. A total waste of 25 dollars. And they use door dash to deliver. The guy was waiting for quite awhile. I followed the tracker so I know. This was all on Donatos.

First time ordering from here and wanted to order dinner for me and family. Delivery was quick and pizza was hot when delivered so I’ll give an additional star for that. However, I purchased a large and got what would be considered a medium anywhere else. I called immediately and spoke to a “manager” who claims it looks small because it had a crust? I’ve never gotten a pizza with no crust at the end so I have no clue what she was talking about. I could’ve gotten a whole bundle at dominos for less than this pizza. Will most likely have to order from Dominos anyway because there’s no way this will feed 6 people. I was very disappointed and was hoping to try something local but will not be eating here again.

My 68 year old grandma had to wait additional 15 minutes past guaranteed pickup time for an individual pizza. Ce here a week ago had the same problem myself. Same lost boys working. One black, one white same results. Terrible service, told the other manager but there here getting behind, with sour attitudes especially the long haired man with hat. He's terrible at this job

Avoid this store at all costs. It has went from bad to worse. Nothing like calling and being lied to by a manager. I placed an online order got an email confirmation with a time it would be delivered to my door. Then I received a text from Doordash stating my delivery wouldn't be here until 40 mins later. I called the store they offered to credit my account out for the sale price or they would credit my card and funds would be credited to my account within 2 to 3 business days. The "manager" a young girl who refused to provide a name of herself or the Store or the District Manager because it was against policy due their safety not only bold faced lied placed me on hold said she was checking what time the food left her store and that she personally handed it to the driver comes back to the phone 5 or 10 mins later to tell me that the food was just now leaving. None of what she said made any sense. If she's a manager then she needs to learn how to manage. She needs to learn how to be an adult and not lie. I love how she said it comes with reheating instructions. If I wanted to cook I would have cooked and not spent $50 on garbage food. Please see how the pizza arrived all smashed up. This place is off the list.

Your order WILL be wrong, if/when you try to call. They either blame it on doordash or don't answer at all. This isn't a one time occurrence, they've messed our order up 4 out of the 9 times ordering from here. I literally TRIED to give them the benefit of the doubt as I own a business but this is ridiculous. I'm out of about $50 from ordering from this Donatos. Oh and lastly, they WILL burn your pizza, FOR SURE. Just save yourself the time & go to the High Street one, the food/Customer service is worth having to pick up your Pizza. Today I didn't even receive my food at all. The picture below is from the LAST TIME I ordered from here. Wrong pizza & of course burned

The guy with pony tail beard and black hat, has the worst attitude. I'm tired of dealing with him, not the new girl up front. She's sweet, the unsanitary guy with long beard in back. I will never come back to this location because of his nasty demeanorService: 1/5

Shoutout to this specific Donatos for making the single worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I ordered it well done and they didn't even cook it normal done. Then they said they would add a credit to my account and never did. Seriously, you might as well get Little Ceasers.
