Papa John's Pizza

This is $30.00 worth of pizza now? Do they even look to see that a quarter of one of the pizzas has no toppings before they cook, slice, box it up? Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this. I could understand if it was reasonably priced, but not for over $15.00 a pizza....order from here allot, or we used to until this. Rethinking our pizza source....

If you have children do NOT get them pizza from there! The sauce on the pizza reminds me of fra diavolo sauce. It's so spicy and burned our mouths. Way too much pepper. Also we ordered a 2 topping pizza and the combined amount of toppings they put on was less than a tablespoon full. Not going there again!

I tried the Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl for the first time today and I don’t think the portion is worth $9.25! I was very disappointed and if I didn’t have to be at work the time I picked it up, I would’ve asked for a refund! I will attach a photo of the portion I received. I just scrapped it all together in the picture attached.

Just got our order and the marinara sauce has mold on it. I attempted to call the store but when you 'press 5 to speak with a manager' it auto hangs up. Just wanted to bring the moldy food to their attention, guess this is how I'll do it.

Pizza was burnt and dry. Call to get my money back some lady answered the phone every rudely and said why didn’t I call baxk when the pizza was given to me and ask did I want my pizza re made. Proceeded to catch a attitude and asked me if I wanted my receipt and my money back, I said yes and she said I will make that happen and hung up in my face while talking. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. And my breadsticks were burnt and dry and not fresh at all!!! My delivery was really nice. She should leave that horrible working establishment.

I bought a Large pizza and garlic knots on 9/18 the price was $40.67. Monday came and close to $50 came out my account. I didnt aurthoize to tip on my card i had cash. They out here scamming people becareful!

Got my order completely wrong & had a attitude when I came back. Talking about call next time & say they messed up my order for a discount never again.

Ordered at 4:15pm for a 5:30pm delivery. I don't mind if it was 10-20 min late after the stated delivery time but an hour late after is a little ridiculous. I called and was put on hold for over 20 minutes which by then the driver showed up which was at 6:30. The driver Greg was awesome and he called the manager that was working at that time for us. She was very rude and told him to just bring the pizza's back after he stated we wanted a refund.We said no we want our food but felt as though we should not have to pay due to late cold pizza and lack of service when trying to call the store to figure out what was going on. I give Greg our drive 5 stars and yes we definitely made sure to tip him. The manager Ceria 0 stars. I was an assistant manager at a pizza delivery store and that type of service is unacceptable. I get that it can get busy and frustrating but as a Manger you should know better on how to handle situations like this in a more professional manner. I love Papa John's and usually get great service but this was definitely a first.

I'm here to review the Papadia, chicken, brownies, I haven't had the pizza, calzones and the other items in the menu for a long time.. so with that said... I used to order PJ Pizza at the beginning of 2010's but they change the quality of food so the pizzas where bad and dry so 10+ years pass and i was bored with the other fast food pizza restaurant so I decided to try once again PJ but this time No Pizza I know is ironic bc the Papadia is a folded pizza but anyway I went with the Papadia and is much better that the pizza and i think bc the ingredients is hidden inside it makes it taste so much better and the price is amazing, this is my second time ordering it and with a little hesitation bc you know sometimes it happens that the first time you order something is good but the second time is not what you expected but with this it didn't happen it's was freshly made , with the boneless chicken they were ok, the chicken was tuff, last time they where on point and the brownies FUDGGY FUDGGY not cakelike, I would say PJ is stilling my heart back.. and the delivery quick and hot!

This place give Papa Johns a bad name. Multiple orders have shown up cold with poor ingredients. They use Uber Eats to deliver, so be sure to know your pizza is not in a hot bag and will take a minimum of 1.5 hours to show up.
