Papa John's Pizza

Ordered pizza on the papa John's app, for delivery it required a $22 minimum order, so I ordered a couple other things that I really didn't want but whatever, after delivery fee of $7.49 and a 15% tip total came out to $36.99. Ordered at 5:24pm, expected delivery time 6:24 to 6:34pm. At about 6pm I get a text from door dash saying papa John's was out of a drink selection I made and if I had an alternative. I texted the number back with and alternative. The store is less than 10min from my house I could have and should have done a pick up but was busy taking care of my wife after her stay in the hospital. I checked the app, pizza on its way at 6:10pm. At 6:30 still not arrived, checked app said it was delivered..........well I sure didn't have it. At 6:40pm called store, they said they sent it via door dash due to lack of drivers and it was 5min away according to them. It arrived at 6:49pm. I net the driver, took my pizza inside all excited to eat some pizza with garlic dip. Opened the box and found the pizza all smashed up, wrong sauce with the cheese sticks and everything cold. Contacted papa John's a they gave me a coupon code for a future purchase. I don't think I'll be using it or them again and I don't and won't be using door dash.

Downhill Fast. I used to order online from papa johns because the location near me still had in-house delivery. Even with that the pizza quality was hit or miss, now it's just miss. You have to order extra to get what used to be a normal amount of toppings. Now it's not even that. I ordered an extra spinach, extra onion pizza and I counted about 5 large chunks of onion on the pizza. Did they run out of onion and the workers didn't want to cut more? They managed to make the pepperoni full and that's much more expensive than an onion?! The pizzas can also tend to be burned on the bottom or have leftover burned stuff from not cleaning the pan. I used to write in the notes of the order that a cash tip would be given on delivery. I heard too many stories about drivers not receiving tips or having to split them with the business. Since they don't bother reading the notes and were rude or let my food get cold because they thought I didn't tip, I just used the auto tip on my card cents and all. With cash I would have rounded up. Speaking of delivery they now use d00rdash for their orders. Supposedly it's only when they are too busy to handle the orders. I actively avoid them because I've had my food stolen or contaminated by the driver because I didn't tip large enough. Notice I didn't say I didn't tip at all, I use 20% regularly. On a $30 order that's $6. In their minds that's not large enough and I should pay 50%? I don't buy from any place that uses them, which is a lot of places because I think they charge the lowest fees. Now that they use 3rd party delivery the prices have gone up as well. Because I bought online I can't switch locations, they automatically send your order to the closest location. I won't be buying pizza from here anymore. Used to order $60-$70 worth at a time fairly regularly. Too bad, not every pizza co. has stuffed crust.

Ordered for delivery to my house. Estimated hour for cooking and delivery, which is fine. 1 hr and 30 minutes pass and we didn't hear anyone come to the door. Check the tracking, and it stated the order was delivered. Went to check on the porch, and there our order was sitting on the door mat. The driver didn't knock or ring our door bell to announce that he was here. As a result our food was cold. If I could, I would take back the tip I gave on the app when food was ordered. If I order from here again, which is highly doubtful, I will not be tipping.

I normally have no issues with my orders. They're always right and get here fast. This is my store I order from regularly. Tonight the driver couldnt find my place and in the process must've tilted or dropped my pizza.... it came out with all the toppings and cheese on one side.. a little irritated but hopefully it's a one time thing.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Delivery. Knows my order TELLS ME PRICE. Card. Apparently charges my card? Says your order is too low for delivery. OK I'm not driving tonight I'll try elsewhere thanks. Get a text saying my card was charged 26$ lmao no pizza on the way. Of course I'll get my money back, just why?

First time in, usually go with Papa Murphys, but driving by so thought why not try it. Small location so entire staff saw me come in and order. They said about 15 mins which was fine. I stood around for quite a while making eye contact with each one while waiting. Placed the order at 6:15pm. Finally at 6:39pm I walked up and asked how much longer it would be. They looked around, walked over to a shelf, grabbed my Pizza and handed it to me. Not once, the entire time I was standing around for so long, did one if them ask what I was waiting for. Again, I was the only person waiting in the store. Got home and the Pizza was not even worth waiting for. So sad, I was excited about trying it for the first time. Papa John's is a strong no for me.

Nicest most friendly employees ever I really needed to use the bathroom and they were super cool about it and it was the only place open because of the snowstorm and they’re just like no problem. Dude, repeat place we’re laid-back we’re nice I can’t say enough about these awesome employees, thank you so muchFood: 5/5

My wife and I go here at least once a month and we always get breadsticks with our pizzas but what in the world are these? Cause I know breadsticks don’t look like this
