On November 20th, 2020 management decided to shut off the water to our unit, not inform us, or answer their emergency maintenance number. This was a decent place to live but shutting off water with no notice is unacceptable. The water has been shut off for over 10 hours and still no notice or word from management.
Just moved in a few weeks ago. Million dollar view! Great location for bicycling enthusiasts with Papago Park trail right there. Even has an elevator! Igor had several issues addressed immediately upon move in. Great lease rate also.
I enjoy living at Papago Fairways because it's welcoming, clean, and peacefully located on the western edge of Papago Park. The views over the park from my balcony are amazing. And as others have noted, the management and maintenance personnel here work hard to keep everything in excellent condition.
