Moved here from Florida and I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and love it! Complex is pretty quiet for the most part. Office staff are super nice, grounds well kept. A stray cat every now and then! Dog park can be a bit noisy at times but people are friendly. Close to Tempe and Papago park/Zoo.

Nice quiet place to live. Only complaint is the air conditioning. No central air only wall units that seem to run all the time. The electric bill is steep in the summer.

I been living here for 4 years going on 5 the staff is wonderful and nice just wish this place was a gated community it would be a lot safer

Its nice. Very affordable. My neighbors are nice as well.

Really beat-up complex and you have a chance to make friends with homeless community. Also, be careful when you move out because they're gonna charge you for damages of a beat-up & old apartment. Sorry Valencia, never again!

Not satisfied. I understand COVID and all, but the fact that the gym has not been opened all year is nuts. If we can use the amenities provided why are we paying for them ?
