Riverwalk Condominiums

Went to look at this place and the woman was so rude. She is prejudiced against younger people wanting to live there. We asked to see apartments and she told us they were not available when their website says they were two to look at. She then told us they were too expensive for us, not knowing our budget. So rude

One of the most beautiful communities I've ever been too!

If you want to live in an environment that sounds like a dog kennel, I’d recommend. I can also hear my neighbor walking across the ceiling and my neighbors through the walls, besides that, it’s great.

I've lived here for 8 months now. The location is fantastic close to Papago Park and the freeways. Parking can be a bit limited at times. Pricing is competitive with nearby complexes and the condos have all been recently renovated.

It was very luxurious and had pretty Landscaping, but the CPVC water piping is inevitably going to crack or blow and cause water damages. In doing so causes the water to be shut off frequently.

Nice place...resident sucks
