Very affordable and friendly received my glasses quickly same day actually which was great.

Called to make an appt to get an eye exam and buy glasses. Told them my insurance, was told they are out of network, so I'd have a copay. I agreed, happy to pay to get the exam on a Saturday. I drive 20 minutes to the store, fill out my info, and after waiting, I am told they can't find me. I am sitting there for 20 minutes as they "look me up." At about 30 minutes, the Doctor suggests that I figure out the situation, and hands me back my paperwork. I leave, frustrated. I call my insurance, and they find me right away. I call the store, and they say they can see me next Saturday. Not cool.
