Woodlawn Optical of Bothell

The customer service here is so wonderful. All their staff are very skilled at helping you find frames that really fit your face and personality well, and they carry a very large and stylish selection. They've held frames for me while I waited to make a decision, and they offer very good deals with sales. I've never had to wait more than a week for frames to arrive either. They also are happy to contact insurance for you and figure out what they cover and manage all of the coverage on their end so you don't have to handle that yourself. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff remember you from visit to visit. Highly recommend Woodlawn Optical of Bothell! They'll have my continued business for sure.

Great selection of frames, knowledgeable opticians, and excellent customer service. I won't go anywhere else for glasses and always get complimented on my really cute frames. Very high quality, I am pretty hard on my glasses and I have never had any problems.

I first went to Woodlawn Optical specifically to get a hard to find brand called Schwoods. I had a unique situation where I needed lenses extremely fast so I would not loose my Job, and they came through in a time crunch! I have since been back 4 times to get new frames as they have provided the best service you could possibly ask for. Incredibly friendly, personable and caring people. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
