Warby Parker

Customer service is top, everyone was super helpful and genuinely friendly. They were honest with what type of lenses I would need to fit the kind of frames I wanted since my prescription is so strong. I've been in several warby parker stores in the US and Canada and this one has the best vibes. It seems like the workers like each other and enjoy working there.

Customer service great. Staff was super friendly without being overbearing. Glasses are, of course, awesome. Was great to be able to buy them and try them on there and then have them explain the eye insurance process.

Warby Parker is a great deal for great glasses! Elegant designs with plenty of shapes and sizes to choose from. The staff were friendly and happy to help me tighten a loose screw for me. Will WP offer transition lenses?

My frames were broken in a work accident. I had owned them for about 6 months, and they were working great! I walked in to the Fremont Warby Parker store without high hopes, but I ended up leaving with a brand new frame at no cost! The manager helped locate a new frame in the back and another employee popped out my lenses and put them in the new frame. Stock may not always provide for this possibility, but I think I got lucky that there was my frame in the back, and that the Warby employees were kind enough to go the extra mile in customer service to help me out. 5/5 would recommend for 1st time buyers and, in my case, for continued customer service. Thank you Warby peeps!

Beautiful location in the middle of Fremont. The staff are super attentive and helpful. Went into today to get my glasses adjusted and there was someone to greet me at the door and put me right in the queue which turned out to be unnecessary because they were able to see me right away. I then wanted to look for a new pair and the pointed me towards exactly what I was looking for and a few people swung by to give their advice even though they were fairly busy. They're pretty good at noticing who wants help and who is good on their own and tending to people's needs accordingly. Thanks for all the help, guys!
