Warby Parker

Good selection & prices. Unfortunately not the best place to look if you have a larger than average head side and need frames to fit. Don't go on Saturdays either, it was really packed and hard to get a good look at the frames. Friendly staff & good atmosphere overall though. Wish they had something that fit me right!

I love their frames/affordability but each time I get a new pair they totally screw up the prescription. The latest pair within 48 hours my eyes actually hurt and I was getting headaches. (Second time this has happened!) Plus my husband's glasses were screwed up as well. Maybe if they spent less money on advertising/social media market and MORE on quality control they would have more happy customers. NEVER AGAIN!

I love the styles of Warby Parker frames but this store cannot get a prescription correct to save their life. I have tried so many times, and my most recent order was the worst of many attempts at ordering glasses. Every time the pupilary distance is different and seems off. I got headaches from the glasses and tried to muscle through, but it wasn't worth it. My most recent order, I needed a balanced lenses on my left eye...but it was shipped with the stock lense. It's a frustrating bc I just want nice, working, stylish glasses. Warby Parker can't performance and I'm doubtful I'll go back after returning my glasses.

Extremely busy with people just trying on glasses for fun... don’t expect a personal experience. Besides the hellish atmosphere my glasses arrived damaged twice and they let me wear the second pair while the other ones were shipped. I had to return them once they arrived. I asked for the inconvenience if I could keep the damaged pair and they told me I’d have to order them online as they already accepted them into the system... they only offered me 10% off. My boyfriend also bought his glasses there and when he came into pick up his glasses up they told him he would have to come back another day to have them fitted... The sales people are pretentious and make up excuses to get you out of their busy shop after you make a sale.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped. The optician, Brianna, was so nice in helping adjust my frames that I bought online. They were too tight on me and gave me a headache. She fixed them so fast and made sure they were comfortable on my face. She was genuine, caring, and friendly. Great location!
