Costco Vision Center

The customer service is terrible and i arrivedwithin 5 minutes of my appointment and because the waiting room was packed I went to get a cup of coffee (I told her that’s where I would be), when I returned they had given away my appointment and I have to come back in a few days. Terrible terrible customer service! THIS CLINIC IS A FAR CRY FROM the EXCELLENT Customer SERVICE GIVEN BY DR Conrad. They are cold, impersonal and charge for things that in the past were part of the package. I won’t be back.

No one will pick up the phone. If you have questions you would have to go into the store. I just wanted to find out how much a vision test would be. No luck.

No one ever answers the phone...Was just trying to find out how much an eye exam costs and then make an appointment. Guess it won't be happening.

I attempted to call the optical center and got Wendy on the phone. She was the most rude person I have ever spoke with on the phone! Because of this woman I will not be using costco for my optical needs. Wendy needs to learn some customer sevice skills!

Though they have my prescription on file and I have ordered from them before, I was told I cannot re-order my contacts over the phone or online. This is just way too inconvenient in a world of Hubble, Amazon prime, etc. Taking my business somewhere more convenient.
