Great experience with Dr. Lau. Very pleased with their service, and they didn't try to upsell me.

I've been a patient since 2001 and Dr. Lau is an AMAZING doctor who really cares about her patients an. The staff is always friendly and has so much experience. Even tho I've moved out of state, I still fly in once a year to get my eye exams and glasses at Globe. That is how much I love this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Incompetent. There are several hundred other Optometrists in the area and all of them have to be more competent than this one. I have been to her seven times over the past six months and each time the mistakes get worse. It is as if she is just guessing on the prescriptions. I have been through five different lens and still do not have a pair I can see through or that fits properly. Total and egregious incompetence.
