Park At Riverdale Apartments

I truly enjoyed my time living in the apartments. Although my time in Little Rock was a short 8 months, living here was the best part of my stay. If you have to move to LR, live here, it will make LR not so bad. Great area for riding your bike, running and close to good restaurants.

I just recently moved here from Benton Arkansas and I love it !! Very clean everyone is very nice things get fixed in a timely manner !! Hottub and pool has been a big plus !!

Been living here for about 6 months and absolutely love this place! Management are incredibly helpful and friendly. Issues dealt with fast. Place is peaceful and quiet. The location great, close to restaurants and a nice walking/bike path. Neighbors quiet and respectful. Would highly recommend!

I really loved living here. The pool area is clean during season and my apartment was lovely. Parking is tough for the end buildings I believe 6-8. I had a really hard time finding a spot daily. Maintenance takes forever and occasionally doesn’t make it clear whether the problems are fixed or let you know what was done, just need better communication. I had an issue where a box was delivered to the clubhouse instead of to my door, which I had no control over. The woman in the clubhouse called multiple times to tell me to come get it when I told her I can’t get it I’m at work til 5. I told her I can have my brother get it. She was super rude. When he did come get it she was very rude again. Again it was from Amazon so I don’t control where they deliver. All this aside, the actual apartment was lovely. My advice would be rent from the apartment, but beware having packages delivered and try to get an apartment in buildings 1-5. Also the gate is literally always broken lol

These apartments was the nicest around when they opened many years ago but today it’s like Back to the future part 2. It’s just very trashy and the whole place smells like a mixture of old garbage, mold, and weed. Mgmt is hard to get a hold of as well as maintenance.Air was out for weeks. The swimming pools never opened and looked like an abandoned motel full of green algae. Just gross

I was laid off this week AND got my renewal notice for my apartments. Big shout out to #TheParkAtRiverdale when I said I don't know what I'm doing. I'm sure they can't do the same for every person, but Julianne Mgr was extremely kind and most gracious with giving me flexibility and understanding beyond what I could have hoped. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone in LR. Otherwise, this place is clean, friendly, beautiful, spacious, quiet when it counts - It truly looks like a park, complete with a running stream with a small waterfall and fountains. I feel safe and have my privacy, but the pool and hot tub are a 30 second walk. Bay windows, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedroom, laminate wood living room, crown molding, garden tub, balcony. I just want you to know it's a good place with a manager that cares.

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS! I lived at the Park at Riverdale Apartments for a little over 1 year. It was the worst experience ever. There was never enough parking, and the maintenance man would self police the parking lot for cars to boot and have them towed. I could not even have a visitor without this guy chasing them around to get his car boot on them. Later I find out it cost $125.00 to him to get the boot off. Plus a towing fee to his other company. The management will not do a thing about him either. This is just the tip of the iceberg why I would NEVER rent from these apartments or any others they manage.

No! There gate continue to not open all the way and this happens often. My NEW car was torn up because of this. I had pictures, videos to show mangerment. My insurance company call the manager in the office. She spoken to us like we where dogs on the street!! stating: You can go get attorney we don't care, do what you got to do, I don't care what you have, I mean very rude! No human being should be treated like this or better yet talk to in such a manner! There gate wasn't working properly and it happened on there property. So if any thing happens to your car it's on you!!!

Great place to live right next to Arkansas river and all the great trails for walking and biking
