This place sucks. The venue itself was nice but they charge for everything. I asked for a water because I was very dehydrated. The bartender said that I could buy a smart water for $5. I pleaded with her, I just wanted some tap water. She suggested that the tap was unsafe to drink... well then offer free water! It’s such a basic thing. I eventually gave in and bought the stupid water but I was furious. Already paid for overpriced tickets, the least you can do is throw in a cup of water.

It was a great little place, it was well worth the price to get platinum tickets because they don't allow enough tickets to be sold to let it get too crowded. Also there wasn't any line at the bar in that section, so it made ordering quick and simple. They also have really nice couches in that section.
The down side is that to get the best position in the platinum section you would have to upgrade to the private VIP tables.
Also the only bathroom they have is downstairs, and it's an unusually small one compared to the crowd size the venue supports.

The venue itself was great and upscale, but sad to say that their customer service doesn’t match the luxury they have. When I was putting my coat away, the attendant girl at the coat desk glared at mefor no reason. Maybe she thought I had too many requests as a customer. Anyway, any venue with that type of customer service makes me never want to go back no matter which type of big name DJ they bring on.

For those looking for a concert venue, this isn't really the place for you. It has more of a nightclub feel to it. Not really what I'm into but I can't blame them for it. My issue was that the sound quality was pretty subpar. For a place that's heavily focused on the music, you would think they would focus on that a bit more.

This venue WAS great. I've been a few times to see various artists, and always enjoyed. However, if you plan on getting tickets for a popular artist, consider it a gamble. For priding themselves on the great entertainment they bring in, purchasing tickets through their site is a joke and they have no regard to try and help customers or improve their site. I tried to purchase tickets and was on their site the second they were available and after having two tickets, was notified that my tickets were given away. I was told that it was my fault due their site experiencing high volume. But when you clearly see two tickets in your cart, and then seconds later are told all tiers are sold out, it is very unfair that tickets are then unavailable to you. They had no real concern over the matter. Basically, you're lucky to get tickets, and if not, no matter the situation, there's enough other paying customers that you become a write off. Because of this, I will not be supporting their business or attending another concert there. Customers should come first, and being told someone else got your tickets is upsetting. Bottom line-be wary when purchasing tickets at this venue and if something goes wrong, it won't be fixed.
