Park Harvey Apartments

Never have to worry about a pesky alarm ever again, Municipal City Trash has you covered between 5:45-6:30am every day multiple dumpsters are emptied can be heard clear as day all the way up on the top floor. If you like to get up early this is the place for you. Other than that this place is excellent great staff, rooms and gym.

Lived here since July 2022. This place is really amazing. The Katie and her staff work very hard to keep this place very nice and clean. They are very fast to fix issues in your apartment for example, very slow draining bathtubs, next day serviced . They try to show appreciation to the tenants through various group activities and make it a fun, safe, and comfortable place to live.

Park Harvey is amazing. The area is clean, it is central to everything you could possibly need to get to. Many shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance and a street car that runs every day around downtown and midtown area. Park Harvey has a phenomenal new management staff and maintenance guy. They're all great!!! The gym in the basement is like walking into a gym that requires monthly membership but free to the residents. The 24 hr laundry room is free to the residents as well. There's a monthly big themed event put on by the Apt Life coordinators, and a weekly happy hour with food, drinks, and games. ALL FOR FREE TO THE RESIDENTS!

This is a great property, and a great place to live! All of the staff is very friendly, very nice and accommodating, I would recommend The Park Harvey to anybody.

I am coming up on a year at Park Harvey. I have loved living here. Amazing management, never any issues. The gym is full service, unlike most apartment gyms and is the reason I moved here. I am moving, but, only because I want a pool and balcony. I only have positive things to say about Park Harvey!

Great location, good amenities, nice community. I really appreciate the property management group. So many management companies are just horrible; this group is great. They're friendly, and very accommodating.

I moved to the Park Harvey after selling my house which was too large for one person and did not want to mess with maintenance and upkeep. Decided to sell. Searching for any apartment/condo and found the Park Harvey by accident and took a chance. Love it! Reminds me of New York and restaurants close by. We need a corner store for convenience. I have a huge 1 corner bedroom apartment on 7th floor. Everyone is excellent! Love the amenities. Gym is amazing. My 1 complaint is to replace the windows. Single pane windows are no bueno! Great place. My “New York condo”

I currently live at the Park Harvey and we Love it! The location is great. A 10 minute walk to downtown. The staff at the PH are honestly so accommodating! They do so many little things for the tenants. Every Tuesday they set out fruit, doughnuts, snacks, drinks and hot coffee in the lobby. They throw parties in the game room quite often. They are always helpful if you need anything at all. The gym downstairs is very nice. Has pretty much everything you could want. Sushi restaurant downstairs has great sushi. There is an on site drop box for personal dry cleaning. Free laundry room. Game room with a big TV and a pool table.The built in cabinetry and sinks do not compliment the apartment very well my only complaint. All in all a great place to live with a great staff!

Poor management experience. We went in for a 2 hour tour at the end of the day, and asked multiple times if the unit was still available. We filled out the credit app so they could get the process started and even asked about putting down a deposit. We were called early the next morning and were told that the apartment had been rented the day before. They did try to offer us a smaller apartment for $100 more a month. No assistance at all for mistakes on their part. Complete waste of time. Don’t get your hopes up when applying because management doesn’t seem to have a clue about their availability.

Such a cool place to live! We really loved our 10th floor apartment! It is in the center of everything fun and has a wonderful Sushi restaurant on the first floor that we dined in regularly. I would highly recommend checking them out!
