Park Place Apartments

We've been living here since 2020 and I love the place. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to all. There's a school, convenient stores and grocery store close to us. The staffs are friendly. There was a small misunderstanding the first time I moved but that was it. So far, I've been enjoying this place. We started building our home from here and now we have a new member coming. And it's definitely a memorable place to me. And if the time comes we move, it'll leave a special place in my heart. I'll definitely recommend the place.

My wife and I have been living at Park Place for 5 years and counting now and I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends and family of their experiences with renting an apartment. I’m happy to say while living here the experience has been fantastic. Any time any sort of issue arises the staff are immediately on it, especially Linda. She’s always on top of it and keeping the complex’s and community a nice place to live.

We've lived here since 2016 and it's always been wonderful. Tobi makes sure to take care of any problem as soon as possible. We've never had to call or fill out a form twice for any kind of service request. Our maintenance staff is equally great! Everything is so clean, inviting, and our neighbors are pretty chill. Linda is the caretaker here, and also lives in our building she's a great neighbor btw. She takespride in what she does as you can tell by the way she takes her job seriously. Because of her we live in a beautiful complex. Thank you for everything you do, girl!

I only lived here a year but would have easily lived there longer if my family wasn’t expanding. It’s a great community with great office personnel. Tobi and the maintenance crew were always on top of things and did their very best to accommodate when things happened. Oh and can’t forgot the space, so much space for my buck! I’m really going to miss living there, but am glad to have experience what it was to live in such a beautiful complex.

Park Place offers a great sense of community. Beautiful grounds, well taken care of. It's obvious that the management staff takes great pride in this property.. The property manager, Tobi Davis, is one in a million!!! She is diligent about keeping the grounds and the apartments in excellent condition. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of within 24 hours. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service from the management and the staff! They are like family! The property is in a great location. It offers easy access to the interstate, is walking distance to some great bars and restaurants, and is within blocks of several shopping locations. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Spacious and updated. It truly feels like home! I have enjoyed living here the past five years.

I have absolutely loved my time at Park Place. The leasing staff, particularly Tobi Davis, has been wonderful to work with. The apartments are well kept up and spacious. There is so much storage space in the unit itself which is always a plus! One of the best things about living here has definitely been how quick management is to fix something that is a problem. If we ever needed something fixed which was rare it would be done within the same day. We never had any major issues with the complex itself. I honestly cannot think of a bad thing to say about this place. Another amazing thing about this place is the location. I can get anywhere from my apartment super quick. There are also a lot of great restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The only reason we aren't renewing our lease is because they don't offer three bedroom apartments and we need the extra space. If you are looking for an apartment definitely check out Park Place, I have loved it!

The staff is AMAZING! The apartments are roomy and feel like home. Any problems with the apartments are handled quickly and whenever you see any of the staff they are so friendly and helpful! The property is always taken care of and decorated for the seasons beautifully! Our family loves this place!

I have lived in this complex for 4 years now and have been very happy. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly, and the staff is very friendly. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, and is well located--close to everything!

Apartments have been upgraded so they are more modern. It is also very conveniently located, close to main streets and the Interstate."
