Partners Elevator by Phoenix Elevator Service Inc. of Georgia

This company charged us incorrectly and refused to correct it. 1) They charged us for services "out of normal business hours"... however they came during normal weekday business hours. 2) We also paid to have a lot of money to have a new phone installed in our elevator but they never installed it (we thought they did because they said they did and we figured maybe the phones just look alike) We found out because the inspector came and said our phone was not working. They admitted that one and put the phone in but we could have gotten fined if the inspector wanted to. I would steer clear of this company it has been nothing but a headache
