Clearly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Constantly charging me for a call but not bringing all the parts to make the repair, so they have to charge me for another call to bring the right part. Then they discover during that visit that another part has to be replaced. Of course, no parts with them. So, now I get charged a third visit. In the mean time, its WEEKS between visits and my elevator is down.
