What a joke! We ordered products online and the color was not right. We called ahead to see if we could exchange in the store and they would honor the online price. They clerk ch card with a manager and I was told absolutely! I explained I would be in the following day. I came in to exchange and the manager Sam said she was puke not honor and then proceeded to sing while I returned our products. Soooo unprofessional!

Bought a dread lock rasta wig from them... thier are no dread locks in the wig it was nothing like the picture as advertised...and it was 25 bucks and they wont let you return it. Dont shop here.

I love it there but now it's gone and replaced by five below which is a store with things to buy five dollars or less  does not count tax

Best place to go for costumes. Huge menu boards that you pick a costume from, then you tell the clerk what you would like and they grab it for you. They could improve the fitting rooms with the volume of customers they get.
