Party Papers & Costumes

I have been going here for about 5 years now and I won't go anywhere else mainly because there is no need! They have everything you could need for your costume. As well as the best props in the area( trust me before I looked everywhere). The customer service is amazing! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and I love to talk about costumes or make ups with them! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER HALLOWEEN STORE!

We went to this shop last week and we were very impressed. Our teenage daughter is interested in stage makeup and the shop workers knew everything about makeup and stage/acting makeup. They spent a lot of time going thru the makeup choices (they must have a million different kinds of bruising and wound makeups - do you want fresh wounds or old wounds?). It was a wonderful experience the staff was very respectful and very knowledgeable - Yes we will be coming back - they have everything in Stock!

I have been shopping at Party Papers and Costumes in Anoka, Mn for over fifteen years. They have an impeccable taste for Halloween costumes, theatrical costumes, belly dancing costumes, theatrical make-up, burlesque accessories such as a colorful assortment of opera gloves and beautiful boas. They also have a large assortment of theatrical hats, costume jewelry, an assortment of wigs, well made, high quality beautiful corsets and so much more. I remain dedicated to this store because of their high quality, affordable prices, and great customer service. The costumes are beautifully displayed, and not stuck inside a plastic bag and wrinkled when you purchase them. My eyes go glossy and I feel dizzy from the assortment of fun things that are displayed at this store. This is not your chain, franchised costume store. This is a place where you feel well taken care of. I always receive special attention. I highly recommend this store. Anoka is the Halloween Capitol of the world. This costume store is the place to shop for your Halloween and theatrical needs. You will love to shop at this costume store!

Party Papers is not only the best costume store anywhere, the staf there are like family to me! Everyone is helpful, friendly, and very knowledgable about custumes, makeup, and accessories! These folks can help you put a custume together for anything from Halloween to Stage Performances! There is NO other place my wife and I would go for costuming!
