Party City

My daughter's and I were attending an anime arkhan festival and we needed some costumes last minute, we headed over to Party City and we found just what we needed right away! I found this lovely goddess dress with accessories that I knew was perfect for my ancient Egyptian concept concept.They even had some facial jewelry with stickers that I also needed for really affordable prices. My gown is very good quality by the way and it doesn't feel cheap and thin and I will be wearing this for Halloween! Party City has very good quality costumes and a stumes ancessaries and we love love coming here link here for our go to cosplay needs. The staff is super friendly by the way and the establishment is clean and organized.

I am very disappointed that I paid $47.00 to get my daughter bday balloons blown up with helium and the quality/effort to put my balloons together was very disappointing and truly upsetting at the service provided. Most of the aluminum fish balloons fell of because they did not put them on a string simply put a piece of tape to stick it on another balloon.

I know you guys remodeled all of your stores. But I don't like the new remodel. You guys used to have a lot of bull candy and fun areas to go get little trees for kids parties and stuff and you don't have that anymore. You walk in the door nobody approaches you or says even high. I went this past Friday and it's my last trip there.

I needed to buy a Santa Clause suit. The store doesn't carry. I have to order online. I understand the ways of technology. I wanted to feel the fabric & check size. It's inconsistent to return through mail. My opinion

How does a party supply company have such bad service? Your margins are high. Your demand is high. No one answers the phone. This is a C-level issue, y'all. Pay your people better and improve the workplace already. Get it together...

I ordered a couple balloons and they gave me one deflated!! They put them inside a bag and the employee that gave them to me was laughing i didnt know why until i got home and uncovered the balloon.

They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in the store. The gentleman clerk was very helpful and even offered to order it for me. That was impressive.

I haven't been in the store in a while. The new layout makes it more user friendly. Staff is courteous and helpful. Their bridal section was a bit underwhelming.

I forgot my receipt to get my balloon blown up. The manager was very nice and went to her office to find my transaction. They were busy too! Very pleased.
