It's exactly what you expect from a chock full of foreign manufactured, mid-quality party "stuffs", better prices are probably available online; but it's there, and you need it now. So it has a place.

tried to order balloons called 3 times left on hold for 10 minutes the first 2 times was told by Mitch so called manager that phone calls don't rate as high as customers in front of them all i wanted was to place a simple balloon order not good business Mitch .....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
