Paul Mitchell The School Raleigh

I attended Paul Mitchell the school Raleigh and I actually enjoyed so many things! I truly miss my fellow classmates. I completely enjoyed my time there with all my fellow future professionals and the staff was always helpful and encouraging. Just like real life there are ups and downs but like life... you get out of it what you put in. Thank you to all of those who were always supportive, encouraging and pushed us to be creative, even when we didn’t think that was possible as well as those who helped me learn all that I have to be successful and now I own my own salon. I give this school 4 stars because there is always room for improvement and room to grow.

I recently visited the school with my niece to have our hair done and my niece got her nails and toenails painted and the stylist did a great job. One young lady by the name of Shanika did a awesome job with my nieces hair and nails and she loved it. A stylist named Megan shampooed, conditioned and curled my hair and it was beautiful. Also Sonya gave me great customer service and answered all my questions. I’m definitely going back in about a week. Thankyou ladies. Great job!!!!!

My friend worked here and what a nightmare this place is. The manager did not allow the reception staff to sit in chairs and offered no coverage for breaks but took break time out of her check. Absolutely no training! Condescending and just overall rude-why treat someone that way? Too much power maybe?? No wonder they have such high turnover! WAKE UP MANAGEMENT! Update: My friend has a wonderful job now!!

Well my wife is totally Unsatisfied with the (Iron Work) done here. The ironwork includes shampoo, conditioner, blowout and straighten with curling iron‘s. My wife asked several times if she needed her hair ends clipped or cut. The hairstylist stated no and at the end of appointment After being inspected by management the ends need to be cut and the whole hairdo needs to be redone due to frizzle. However instead of them re-doing it all for free they insisted on charging $12 for the ends to be cut. Which was absolutely mind blowing. We understand this is a school for students but we still expect to be treated fairly and done correctly the first time, not to be charged additionally for the style is failing to complete Her job. My family and I won’t be back!

Do NOT go here. I had gone here to get a simple trim and instead the one claiming to be a 'professional' made my ends uneven and cut my hair much shorter than it was originally.
