Paulo and Bill Restaurant

I really enjoy this place. My favorite item is the Eggplant Parmesan. It's not in the menu, but it's so crunchy and perfect. The staff here always makes you feel like number one. I have never had a bad experience here. You must try this while enjoying an evening out.

The food here is always good. I really enjoy their garlic bread served with pesto and freshly roasted garlic. When we were there recently it was with a group of 10. Unfortunately, they had set up their dining room in such a fashion that we were seated against a window and so close you were unable to get out without everyone else against the window moving. This is less than ideal when serving a brunch buffet.

Very friendly staff, and good service. Not trained, knowledgeable, or considerate about allergy diets. Wife is still sick the day after ordering and being reassured twice that it would be okay. If you do not have any food allergies, I imagine this is a very nice place to eat. If you do, I would not recommend going.

Garlic bread with parmesan was amazing. But returned our entree of bowtie pasta and we chose to leave as was awful. The pasta was not homemade. It was swimming in a tasteless white sauce the consistency of milk and the chicken was rubbery. No seasoning. The management were very understanding and tried to get is to try another dish but we did not trust the chef. The manager did give us the garlic bread and sodas free for the inconvenience though

They catered our wedding and also made our cake! Ashley and Anastasia were great to work with, and were able to help us completely customize our menu, including vegetarian AND gluten free items! They set the buffet up beautifully and we got a ton of compliments on the food and the cake! (We had a tiramisu cake!)
