Enjoy Pure Food + Drink

I love the concept of this restaurant. I think such healthy alternatives are sorely needed in our community and, to that end, they fill a need. Here are my complaints: of the times I have been there, the service staff have been rude and snooty. I'm not sure if it is them, me, or a combination of factors. It is definitely off-putting especially when the dollars I spend can easily go to another establishment right down the street where I'll be appreciated as a customer. Beyond the service and attitude, the last time I visited, I ordered the Italian bowl with no mushrooms sub broccoli. I got my food home only to find I have half a bowl of noodles and 7 tiny broccoli florets. (Yes, I did count them. ...and mind you, the dish already comes with broccoli so there should be double broccoli at this point.) I'm not sure if the kitchen was having an off day or what, but for the price I paid, I was sorely disappointed in receiving half a bowl of tough zucchini noodles (who even knew they could be tough!) and barely any broccoli. Come on guys, you can do better than this! All to say, I'll give them one more try but if things don't improve I'll start taking my business elsewhere.

I dined here twice when they first opened and again today, hoping they would have fine-tuned some things. Nope. Still disinterested cashiers, still a LONG wait for food. I got a Mighty Mojo smoothie, which took over thirty minutes and was warm when I got it. Orders are placed at the counter, but then you pay at the table with a receipt that has a line for a tip. Considering that my water glass was empty for 15 minutes, I’m not sure why I was supposed to tip. And the small dining room was not cool on a hot day. I would maybe consider calling ahead and getting food to go, but not eating in again.

I had the Farmers Market salad. Truly one of the best salads I have had in a long time. The staff was super helpful and very kind. Highly recommend!

Spicy Rooster, just do it. Thank me later. This place offers wide range of healthy drinks and food options. It gets busy at lunch but service is prompt and helpful.

I asked for the gf bread option on one of the sandwiches...it was good but more of a "snack size" portion. It would be nice if they offered a coconut wrap or something similar. I will return but stick to salads.
