Old Town Pizza

Not Happy! Been a customer for 6 years and order a pizza by phone. Told me it would be 25 minuets. Showed up on time and gave my name and was ready to pay. The young man went to check and came back and didn’t say anything. I decide to sit down assuming the pizza wasn’t ready. I waited 5 minutes and then he called me up and ask if I wanted something to drink. I asked about the pizza and he told me it’s going be another 15 minuets. So I asked him if they didn’t put the order in and he then admitted they forgot. I so mad I walked out because they didn’t want or know or how to admit they screwed up. Mistakes are made, but this is just poor training on managements part.

Disappointed. This place is so close to my new home I was really hoping to like it. We we're the only ones in the restaurant and I still had to get up and grab my own silverware from the server station. Never got offered refills. The staff were sitting at a table all together on their phones the whole time we were there. Which is cool and all, just do your job in the meantime.. they were inattentive and bland. The bathrooms weren't even clean! The thin pizza crust was probably the best part, but the pizza itself wasn't anything to write home about. I'll drive an extra 10 mins for minskys next time.

This would be a great place to bring a book club. Service was fabulous, pizza was good too

Good tasting pizza, but some pretty disappointing appetizers. We were the only table in the restaurant and it took forever to even get a refill of water. Our server either had no idea about the menu/specials etc. or didn’t care.

We are newly gluten free family and tried the cheese and the taco pizza. Both were excellent! The kids didn't even complain like they have on most of the gluten free options we have tried :)
