I LOVE this place! It was a total life-saver for me! I’ve had chronic health issues and decided to do a very strict elimination diet to address these. I purchased all of my lunches from Canihaveabite and they custom tailored them to my needs. As things changed, they continued to make adjustments for me. Everything was delicious and since there is a variety, I never got tired of the meals. I’m feeling much better now and I love how everything is locally sourced from an organic farmer. For anyone trying to find organic, nutritious meals customized to their health needs, this is a must! (I’ve been a customer for 10 months and counting)

The grab & go salads, sides and wraps are convenient when you have limited time. I always have one or two entrees in my freezer for dinner. Call ahead if you would like something warmed up before you pick up your to go order. There is local art displayed in the cozy dining area. The new menu board lists available items and is a welcome addition. Brookside East is the perfect location for Kathy.

Friendly service, but this is a grab and go eatery more than anything else. They will heat up anything you'd like, but it generally takes a minimum of 20 minutes for that... Definitely not ideal for a quick grab. Space is pretty small, so I'd imagine it's awkward if it's just one customer and one worker... Forced to talk or just uncomfortably ignore each other? Eeek, lol! Portions are NOT impressive.. Vegan options are disappointing. But they do exist. Portion for price is not satisfactory, and the peace and love salad I had was not filling enough. I won't return.

Great ready to warm up organic meals. I had the cashew meatloaf, curry bisque soup and a very refreshing drink grapefruit juice, sparkling water and bitters. Yummy. Will definitely be back. They will warm it up for you if you want to eat in

Delish, tasty food that you can feel good eating! In a fast-paced world it's great to have a quick and easy option to take home. I love this place and the food they offer.
