My dogs love it there! They just spent their first night away from home.... Caitlin and the staff are phenomenal! Will definitely be using Pets Unleashed moving forward!!! I love the fact they're not "kenneled and boarded" all day.... they have a chance to run around and socialize with other dogs. Wish I would have found her sooner. That's my only regret!

Paws Unleashed is right down the road from where we lived. A few months ago when we decided to give this place a try, we never would have thought that it would be the best thing that has ever happened to our puppy! I can not say enough great things about this facility! Gibson is so excited every morning when we drop him off, and extremely tuckered out from playing with friends when we pick him up. The staff are kind and patient, they are understanding and adjust to whatever works best for you. The thing we enjoy the most is every time we walk through the door they greet our dog by name. It makes us feel special and like they actually care. They make such a connection with every dog that comes through there, they remember every dogs name and owner associated with the dog. I recommend to every person I know with a dog. If we ever move, we will drive out of our way to go here. Thank you to the Paws Unleashed staff!

Paws Unleashed has my vote for best Twin Cities dog daycare and boarding. We've used several other places around town in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and while the others we've used have been pretty good, this place is the best by far. Our dog comes home tired and happy - he always darts right in when we drop him off (we've had other places where he hesitates going in once he realizes we're leaving). The crew here are excellent - all of them! They're all professionals, great at handling dogs, friendly - the works. They've got an outdoor play area which is great. And I really like the boarding model here - they actually stay with the dogs overnight...it's pretty reassuring when we're traveling, and I think our dog likes it better than being kenneled by himself. This place also has way better hours than most places. Staying open till 7pm every day for pickup really helps after work on weekdays, and allows us to do more stuff if necessary on the weekends. Much appreciated. Lastly, I'll be honest - I really appreciate that this place smells clean. The other daycare places we've been to smell like chlorine. And our dog comes home smelling like chlorine. Which is good to the point of it meaning they're cleaning up messes. This place always looks really clean. But now, our dog just smells like - well, dog. Which is about the best we'll probably get. I HIGHLY recommend Paws Unleashed. They're the BEST!
