Metro Dogs Daycare & Boarding

My dog and I love Metro Dogs. The staff here is fantastic, they're so good with dogs; clearly care about their well-being. Amy, the owner, is involved and interested in providing quality services. We use the daycare services multiple times a week; it's nice to drop her off and mention I need a bath or nail grind and they can always fit it in that day. I never hesitate to board my pup here, I love being able to watch her online while I'm away. She's always so excited when I ask her if she wants to "go to daycare?!" I really appreciate everyone here!

We first tried Petsmart Petshotel for daycare for Jojo, but within a few visits he was peeing and rolling over (something he never does) when they would switch leashes to theirs, so we looked elsewhere as he clearly hated petsmart. We then tried Metro Dogs and it's been a world of difference. He gets excited when we say "daycare day" and when we arrive he is pawing at the door to get in, spinning in circles. He can be a challenging dog when meeting other dogs as he is a bit antisocial and alpha-male, but they seem to have him integrated with the group just fine.

We absolutely LOVE Metro Dogs. Not only are they so sweet and welcoming but Madi cannot get enough. Every single time we tell her she's going she responds with SO MUCH EXCITEMENT. She gets great play time with nap time included, which is great that they implement it so the pups don't get over exhausted. She always eats so well there and actually loves boarding there, which makes us feel so great. We never feel nervous leaving her there and have even boarded her for 2.5wks with no issues at all. And of course I can't get enough of watching her play on the webcam, her tail is always so happy every time I see her. When we pick her up she of course showers us with love and then is ready to go straight to bed. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves their pup and has ever felt nervous about daycare. We once had to take her somewhere else before we started at Metro Dogs and immediately knew we'd NEVER take her there nor would we ever take her anywhere other than Metro Dogs! We are beyond happy we found Metro Dogs and thank everyone there for taking such good care of our fur baby!!! Bonus they also send update photos while she's boarding, which are just priceless.

Amy and her team are awesome! They have created a safe and clean facility with professional, friendly and caring service. Our "boys" love to go to Metro Dogs for daycare and boarding, and we feel confident entrusting them with their care.

The staff are extremely friendly. We had a snow storm & when I arrived the lot had not been plowed so the staff stood outside and at the edge of the lot and picked up each of the dogs & took them inside for you.
