Pampered Pooch Playground

My dog loves it here, I also love that ai can,watch him play on the webcam while I'm away. Easy online booking system, although the new system is a little more challenging because you cents see what booked before you try it. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

The puppy class was very helpful. It teaches pups and owners best practices to train your dog most effectively. Would recommend this class to any new puppy owners. Plus, the play time at the end of each class when all of the puppies play together makes it worth your time alone!

Was such a loyal customer of Pampered Pooch. Until recently, when they showed true colors of absolute laziness with our 10 month old English bulldog. Licking/sniffing/humping got him permanently kicked out of daycare after only being there for two hours at a time for the two days he’s been back since a 3-month break for neutering. Licking/sniffing/humping is something that I see happen with other dogs throughout the day on the monitors, so it makes me realize that the attendants are not as trained as they advertise to be. Instead the attendants spend time on their phones and chatting opposed to actually having the patience to deal with these situations when they occur. To receive a text within the first two hours of him being back of a behavior that will get him kicked out and wasn't talked about prior, is quite shocking, esp. to not offer to work with the customer on it. Talked to other dog daycare providers locally, they all had the same response- those behaviors are normal, even with neutered dogs, so it was shocking to hear that he got kicked out on his second visit back to his beloved daycare because of it. Not to mention that after all of our love and support, the attendants didn't even say goodbye to him at the LAST pickup. Definitely take your furbaby elsewhere to folks that know how to handle dog behavior without over reacting.

Pampered pooch playground is the best, the staff are friendly, responsive, and know our dog by name. We can barely hold him back from his excitement every time we pull up at PPP.

Very friendly staff who always are excited to see our dog. They usually greet us by our dogs name too right when we walk in!
