Hound Dog Pet Hotel

We've been using Hound Dog for about a month now and our Aussie loves it. Always comes home tired after a long day of playing.

Our dogs have been coming to Hound Dog for about 4 years. The staff are always friendly, the dogs love to go there, and they come home exhausted from playing. And we can have them bathe the dogs and clip their nails. The cost for daycare is really good. Only negatives are they do not always have a full grooming person, and there is no Webcam to check on the dogs. But staff will let us watch the dogs when they first get there.

This is a wonderful place to leave a pet, for a few hours or two weeks. My dog, once on his leash and out of my car, virtually pulls me into the place! And whether I recognize the humans in the front room, they know "Bear" and always call him by name. He greets them like old friends! HPH provides plenty of supervised exercise, safe crates at night and during quiet times, baths and nail-clipping if requested, and a truly pet-friendly environment. I love "Hound Dog" and much more importantly, Bear loves "Hound Dog!"

Great facility for my two dogs, but lacking customer service. Price was pretty standard, but I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff with my reservation every step of the way. Even after I expressed my frustration, I barely got an apology. Since I can get these rates, this level of care AND a positive experience with the staff elsewhere, I will.
