Awesome place.  My dog loved it, and we loved checking in on him via the webcam.  He was exhausted when we picked him up.  Would not hesitate to send him here for the day again.

I left my dog at the Bloomington location for about a week when I went on vacation. The facility is nice and he seemed to love it because he was extremely tired when we got back from all the playing. The reason for my review is that he developed kennel cough the day after coming back home. Luckily he was ok after taking him to the vet and receiving antibiotics. I called the office to let them know in case they wanted to do a deep clean of the facility or let other doggie parents know in case they develop symptoms. The woman on the phone was very nice and took my info down because she said the manager would call me. Never received a call. Kind of sad because I would definitely have used them again if this hadn’t happened.

This has been a great place for our two fur babbies. Personable staff who truly love what they do.
