Here's the second review to warn you that Sam's worms are a ripoff. Though they may be organic and of decent quality, he will not give you the 1000 worms per bag as promised. If you're willing to spend $25 for about 100 worms, then you'll have to make an appointment with him to meet you at Payne's. It may be more worth your while to catch him at the farmer's market versus driving across town to wait for him to be available to meet you. It was honestly as awkward, unprofessional, and uncomfortable as a drug deal. He probably ripped me off because I'm young, but I suppose only young people and critics have the audacity to leave a negative review.

I bought red wigler worms here about a year ago. Now that I am getting serious into farming worms I realise he sold me a tiny amount for 20-25 dollars. He gave me a sack with compost and worms. Even though they were good worms and I have more now it would have been smarter of me to buy an actual pound online for the same amount. One pound of concentrated worms is a lot of worms in compost as I am finding out as I seperate them. So a couple of handfulls of compost and worms is a ripoff. Go online and buy it from some one who ligitmatly weighs one pound of straight worms. This doesnt look good on how this guy does business in general in my opinion.

Just to be clear, their soil is not organic.
