After almost 14yrs, I had the hard decision of putting my puppy down on 3/14. I am so glad this company opened shop in our area. This was the perfect option for me. The guy (one of the brothers) who answered my call was so polite & caring while I was crying & choked up during his questions. They were to arrive afterwards at our vet to pick up my Frankie (I was there longer than expected), but I am so glad he (the other brother) was there as I left. I had to chuckle bcuz the vehicle he was in was a 'decked out' black van. Totally my style & it was like my Frankie was going in style 😂 Anyways, not even 24hrs later I was called to come take mt Frankie home!! I got 2 paw prints with snips of fur as a memorial for my kids, too. I need to go back for an urn. It was too hard to decide at that time. The brother's I dealt with were amazing. Thank you so much for your kindness during one of the most difficult times in my life. I HIGHLY recommend Peaceful Pets!!

Dave took care of our Shelby like it was a member of his family. So hard. Grateful Peaceful Pets is there in times of absolute sadness, loss.

It's kind of odd to write a review for cremation, but Peaceful Pets did such a great job with my bunny's paw print. After medication and syringe-feeding treatment for E. Cuniculi did not work for my rabbit, I had to make the decision to put my rabbit down. He's was in terrible shape and unable to move on his own, so I made an appointment at Norwood Animal Clinic. They work with Peaceful Pets for the process. I selected the package to have a paw print made and the ashes returned to me with a patch of fur. In case anyone was wondering costs, the whole process was $232. $22 was the keepsake package of print and fur, and cremation was $99. It only took 2 days to get everything back.

My dog of almost 13 years died at home on a Sunday afternoon and I had no idea what to do next. The ground was frozen so we couldn't bury her and this was the first time I've had a dog die at home and not at the vet. I called Peaceful Pets and coordinated a time for me to bring her in. They were wonderful both on the phone and in person. When we brought her in, they were very caring in how they treated us and our dearly departed. They gave us a few options with prices and allowed to me to have what I wanted, without having to pay for things I didn't want. Her ashes were available to be picked up the following day, and were put in a very nice box. Overall, it was a very good experience working with them while dealing with a sad event. I will absolutely use them in the future should I need to.

Can't say enough about the people I dealt with at Peaceful Pets and the memorials they created for my beloved Golden Retriever, Brody, when he passed away last November after 12 great years. The staff was incredibly compassionate and kind and the whole ambience of the facility was as pleasant and comforting as any human funeral home. The customized urn they crafted for Brody turned out beautifully and there were also some other mementos like a paw print plaster casting and some his hair clippings as well. You can tell these people are pet lovers and that they realize what it means to some of us to lose our four-legged friends. The folks at Peaceful Pets made one of the worst weekends of my life at least a little easier to handle.
