Have used them twice in the past for our Great Danes.  We will use them again in the future.  Their service was amazing in its compassion and empathy, from the person who cared for us to the technician performing the cremation.  Wonderful people and company.

Very kind and compassionate. I LOVE that you get a "human" on the line within a few rings. I know it is 2017, but under these circumstances, connecting with a live person is nice.

They handled my dog like I would, with loving arms.   They were very compassionate.   They gave me all the time I needed with my dog.  They explained everything very thoroughly.  They made this difficult time bearable.  Would highly recommend.
