I called Kathy less than 2 hours after my dog passed away. I was crying and upset. Her comments were harsh and uncaring. The exact words spoken were "Is there going to be someone that will help me get that dog out of the house and into my car?" I expressed how harsh her comment was and indicated I was hanging up. She called back but I rejected her call. I contacted Peacful Pines in Mosinee and they were very kind and sympathetic. I felt I could trust them with my baby's remains.
