Pearl At The Mix

Moved in with my partner October 2021 and have loved every second of it. The amenities are always clean and well taken care of. The location is great as you have many bars, restaurants and parks within a waking distance. The staff is amazing but Michael deserves a special shout out! Michael has always goes above and beyond to help out the residents and make everyone feel at home.

My experience here is great, Stephanie is helpful and easy going. BIG thanks to her for showing me around and introducing me to the Pearl at the Mix team! The maintenance staff has been super resourceful and inviting. The community is friendly and respectful. By far the best apartments I have seen.

The best customer service of any apartment complex in the history of apartments. The concierge, Michael, is the best and one of the main reasons I renewed my lease. Did I mention they have a concierge that stays after the office closes. Everyone I've spoken with in the office has always been genuinely friendly and helpful. It's a little pricy, but it's totally worth it. Excellent clientele, great location - I can walk to the grocery store and a couple bars. Fun pool and huge gym.

We moved here in the fall and it has been absolutely amazing! First off let me just start by saying that Michael is amazing! He is always very communicative, professional, and so helpful. We have felt so welcome and supported here because of Michael. He is what makes this apartment community and keeps things coordinated and running smoothly! My 3 year old son loves Michael... We also love all the other staff here! I can't say enough about Precious, Stephanie, and Michaela. They all helped me to move in and feel so at home here. They are really nice to my son. They are also always so smiley, friendly, and fashionable! Best dressed staff in all of Houston! We love Pearl @ Mix!!! <3

This is my 5th year here. That must say how much I love living at the Pearl. Great amenities and location. The staff is great and very helpful. Michael, the latest addition to the team is deserving a mention, as well as Michaela and all the other staff members I wish I remember all the names. Keep it up! We need a pool party soon, like in the good old times!

I've been living here for about 10 months now and so far my experience has been quite pleasant. The staff here is really friendly and helpful especially, the concierge, Michael who responds to all the requests very quickly and is very helpful. The maintenance staff is quite good too, I usually have my maintenance requests fixed within a day or two. Lastly, shoutout to all the other staff members for doing a good job.

The concierge Michael, is the best! He is so helpful and sweet! He is willing to go beyond and above to make sure you are happy and he always has a smile on his face. Awesome place to live the leasing agents are just as great!

It has been a great experience living at the Pearl at the Mix, and this is due in large part to the excellent concierge staff. Michael in particular has been exceptional, always present with a warm greeting and going above and beyond to take care of residents.

Everyone has been so nice. Very clean community. Easy process checking in. Love Pearl @ The Mix. I'm very glad I made this choice. The gym is amazing. The pool and cabanas look like we're in Mexico. Lol

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. It’s always well maintained and conveniently located. Thee staff is very responsive and helpful, especially Michael who has personally helped me numerous times with housekeeping needs.
