Pecos Flavors Winery + Bistro

We went to Roswell on a whim. We got there about the time most things were closing up. But the one place in town open for a while was Pecos. And I love wine so there's that. My husband and I both did a wine tasting and had dinner. You can taste any wine they have open or serve by the glass. We lucked out and also got to try Kiva (a brandy infused white wine) and their green and red chili wines. If you don't know what you want, let the bartender and locals guide you. Great atmosphere, great people. If we're in Roswell again we will definitely go back to Pecos.

Worst service in town by far. The waitress was very rude when I politely pointed out that my burger wasn't cooked. Instead of offering to fix it, the waitress asked how I had ordered it. I certainly didn't order it raw. Waited 20 minutes for a glass of water and never got any refills on any other drinks. Had to go ask for our ticket, and the waitress handed me the ticket and took my money without a word. No please, thank you, sorry we served you a raw burger, nothing. I will definitely not be going back there.

We had a nice long lunch and wine tasting. The green chile stew was great. We bought bottles to take back home. The service was lovely.

Fun venue. Wines by the glass are dependant on what bottles are open... interesting concept.

Great food, beers and wines and customer service. Lovely place to hang out and visit or listen to music.
