Quarters

This place was pretty empty when I got to go. Which is awesome! The DJ was very open to playing what we wanted, drink were good and the pool table was an awesome addition to the atmosphere. Great time for any occasion including celebrating a friends birthday.

1 star is not an appropriate rating negative stars is more appropriate. Went to bar took a bit for to get served even though 3 bar tenders were right there. I will say my friend made a comment if we could be served. They asked for ID one friend didn't have it. Our husbands then met us outside since we left and went into bar, they got served right away and no ID needed. We came in and we asked why they served them? She said because she could choose to ask or not. My friend stated she was not a nice lady and she kicked everyone out. We just wanted to have a nice time away from our kids for a bit, it is too bad. I will say go to the Rio Grande Grill they were very cool!

Never again a few of us stopped to have a quick drink and some food ..... We never got service one person came after 25 min n we were only able to get water. These girls really need to learn how to treat there guests!

Ruidoso is an amazing place, we have always had great costumer service everywhere we have gone. We decided to stop here after some horse races. We are hispanic’s and one of our friends had his consulate I.D when she asked us for our I.D’s. She was quick to say it wasn’t government issued. I have never seen that in my life! Her floor manager approved it once we showed her our veterans I.D. at the end but just the way she approached the situation made it very uncomfortable. They also said kitchen was closed, an hr and a half later a table right next to us was served. They stop serving drinks to us when we had only had max 2-3 mixed beverages, said they had a limite.Im from Texas, im not familiar with the rules but we were sober before arriving. I don’t want to use the word racism, but i have no other explanation. Horrible place!!!

the place looks cool, theres a bar and a pool table however, theres no sign if you have to wait to be seated or seat yourself. So i sat myself but never got a server or anything. So i left and went to the pizza place next door, bad mistake
