Pediatric Associates

I have attended this office for more than 10 years, and the people in the front desk are terribly disrespectful. Dr. Febres who is currently my daughters Dr, was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I explain what my daughters symptoms and the reason of visiting, and instead of listening to me and helping me; I was turn away.

As far as doctors they are awesome and love their concerns for my children, but the people in the front desk need to be replaced. They have horrible attitude.

Traditional Values. Understanding, Caring, Hard-Working. 24 Hr Service, Ask For Michelle. She Is Dependable & Reliable.

The staff is not the most welcoming and they do take a long time but they do see alot of kids and they are one of very few walk in clinics around. I was forced to go elsewhere when my daughters regular doctor could mot give me an appt. The most important is my daughter loved the doctor and to me that is what matters most.

Took my nephew for get a doctors check up today 3/27/19 in the AM and the lady in the front desk named Yanira was really rude and not helpful. If you have time to roll your eyes at customers and hate your job why don’t do just quit?
