Pediatric Associates of NYC PC

When my newborn daughter was still in utero, my wife and I sought guidance on potential pediatricians from our close, trusted friends who live in the city with their infant children. They advised us that they take their children to Pediatric Associates of NYC, and we decided to do the same. Our experience thus far has been incredible. We have seen Drs. Stern and Horwitz several times before and after our daughter's arrival, and we believe they are both fantastic, passionate pediatricians. They also have incredible bedside manners, and they are excellent communicators. Although we have not had the occasion to meet the other doctors in the practice, based on my experience, I have no doubt that they are all equally competent and engaging. I'd strongly recommend Pediatric Associates of NYC to anyone who is looking for pediatric care in the city.

The reception is Anita is very rude does not listen to your questions over the phone very inconsiderate and heartless don’t waste your time going here she asked a bunch of questions and give No Anserw

We highly recommend this practice. Dr. Burstin is an exceptional Physician! He has treated all 3 of our boys since newborns. Sadly we moved out of state & we'll never have a Pediatrician as great as he. We're going to miss Pediatric Associates. :(

This place is disgusting as well as the front desk, while making the appointment the witch on the phone made fun of my English, and was super slow herself..she took All! the numbers front and back !!! of the insurance card ( not only id number and name/ surname as usual in other normal offices), and then she said to bring my credit card so that to copy it...to what I said no, and asked to cancel my appointment..she said OK if you don't want it is not IMPORTANT! And guess what..when we were there on time ,we were said the credit card information is required no exceptions!! I am glad we are not their patients..that smelly, old place with unprofessional staff doesn't work for us !

We LOVE Pediatric Associates. We met Doctor Burstin when I was pregnant and really liked him, he has a calm demeanor and always takes the time to answer our questions. We have never waited more than 2 minutes in the waiting room. The staff seems competent, organized and they are always very friendly. Our daughter is now over a year old and we've seen several doctors in the practice. They are all GREAT! We still have a soft spot for Doctor Burstin & prefer to see him but any of their wonderful doctors will do when he's away. We've only ever called once for a question when the doctors were on call & they called back immediately and were very kind even though we were bugging them on a weekend. I could not recommend them anymore! I wish I could give a million stars.
