Everyone was nice at first. The problem is that at night, it is impossible to get a nurses attention. Sometimes they will make eye contact and then walk right past you. I know they are busy but I was in extreme pain. One time I had to use the restroom really badly for an hour and then had to call the nurses line and got put on hold. My crutches were across the room so I could not even get to the or get to the restroom. Some of the day nurses are really really nice. Marcia is amazing. She is the best. Other nurses really will ignore you, but are nice when they talk to you. I think the hospital needs more workers and a better system for patients to contact nurses.

The pedestrians are great, however the front staff are horrible!!! Every time I call about my child's appointments or concerns they always sound like they are mad and annoyed by us parents. One time I called and asked why I didn't not receive a phone call as I always do reminding me of my sons appointment since it was scheduled for months ahead, I knew I was going to forget because I had so much going on. The girl insisted they called me, when they Do call they always leave a voicemail, that time they did not. I asked if we can please reschedule for as soon as possible and the girl said No. just like that, no empathy at all for me or my son. At that moment I was fed up and told her how is it that you can sit here and not care not only about the patients but about the service your providing, please let me speak to your manager. The manager sounded of the back that she just came on the line to reiterate what the last person told me, no intentions to help me what so ever. At that point I was over it and just worrie about booking my sons appointment for a soon as I can. At the end of the day my sons health is first . I did think about changing his pediatrician to a different center but then again the pedestrians are great and I won't let people with horrible work ethics deprive my son from having a good doctor. I really hope they get this fixed. Even when I walk into the center I get this really funny vibe from the lady's at the front desk, really weird kind of bad energy. They need to loosen up and remind themselves that they have an awesome job , they should enjoy it. Please excuse my typo I don't have my glasses.

We were forced to change doctor's office from a fancy Soho practice to this one when our insurance changed. Although our wait time changed from 5 minutes to 20+ minutes, and the waiting room isn't as cute, the care we get from Dr. Gidfar, and the other medical staff, is fantastic. They are patient, caring, and know what they are doing. We feel our little girl is in good hands. Extremely happy about the care she receives.

The doctors are great however the people who take appointments are terrible at scheduling properly. I have 3 children and I could not make an appointment for all 3 of them on one call. They advised they could only make 2 appointments and that I would have to call back to make an appointment for the other child. This is totally ridiculous! Then it was impossible to make an appointment for just two of my kids to be seen back to back. They were able to give me an appointment the same day for my 2 older kids which gave me an hour to get there from queens and insisted even if I were little late I would still be seen. Of course when I got there and by the time the front desk processed my insurance info. the nurse advised the doctor could not see me because I was late. This was extremely infuriating since I traveled all the way from Queens with my 3 children on a school nite, waited 45 minutes from the time I signed in and then when they finally finished with my insurance to tell me this!!!. The front desk are incompetent and the supervisor was of no help. After going to this practice for 8 years I'm ready to switch to a more organized and parent friendly practice.

Doctors are good but leaving a message for the Doctor to call you back is like talking to a parrot. The receptionists should just take the message and leave a note with a Doctor. But what they do is, they ask for a FULL description on what you are calling for. Take Notes Receptionists from PACC: If someone is asking to RELATE a message to the Doctor, then just do that. Stop being nosy because you are not a doctor and you cannot help with their situation. Try not to intrude much and do your job. Pen, paper and message! Simple 1-2-3
